McLane, "Napoli" is a subtly decorated, hand-painted
collection that evokes the light and colors of the
Italian coastline. The soft palette of pale orange,
rose, varying shades of blue and light green creates a
bright, cheerful setting for any meal. The 4-pc. place
setting includes one of each: 11.5-in. Dinner Plate,
8.5-in. Salad Plate, 30-oz. Soup/Cereal Bowl and
18-oz. Mug.
About Pfaltzgraff:
One of the oldest pottery makers in the United States, The Pfaltzgraff Co. was founded in York, Pennsylvania in the year 1811. This once modest-size shop (where salt-glazed stoneware was crafted by hand and sold to local merchants and townspeople) has grown and expanded with hundreds of dinnerware patterns (from traditional to contemporary) gracing the tables of homes all across America. Their new manufacturing plant (located just west of York in Thomasville, PA) hosts tours almost daily. Tour their facility and you can see how this 200 year-old tradition has stood the test of time with its long-standing tradition of excellence in craftsmanship, quality and service.

This is a beautiful set. Very Italian colors. The plates are too big for my dishwasher. They fit in the bottom rack, but the top rack spin arm has no room to spin.

The set is really nice. I ordered and was surprised that the order was for 4 pieces - not 4 sets. Yes, the item is really nice, but I can't afford to purchase 8 sets like I would like to have.
