They're Great!

While I haven't had these two pans for very long, but the use I've subjected them to tells me that they are superb. And, to top it off, they were on sale as a "Twofer". What's not to like. they are of the "Slide" variety and, trust me, they live up to that claim. No sticking what so ever. Since I'm using try-ply stainless pans for anything that needs a fond, I don't know if I'll ever have an opportunity to use their "Sear Non-Stick" pans, but I'm certain they'll perform as well as these do.

GREAT PANS

I bought these pans and started using them the moment I got them. They are the best set I have ever owned, nothing sticks to them!!!!

Good Pans

So far I like the pans just wish the lids would be included instead of a separate item

these pans look great, but I have not used them as of yet. reason for buying them is that they can go from stove top to the oven with the lid. can't wait to come up with something good to cook with them.

love these skillets

over the years i have purchased several nonstick skillets
the problem i had with them was they did not sear the steaks, burgers, chops etc
the calphalon does, and does it well
also as promised, easy to clean, and dishwasher friendly

Short Term Usage

Although I have owned the Nonstick Skillet Set only for just a short time period, I find that the set does an excellent job cooking food. Also, maintenance is easier than one usually expects. I look forward to cooking many delicious meals.

Fit perfectly

Lids for my Calpalon Unison 8" and 10" omelet pans fit perfectly. They have a nice big handle with glass so I can see my food cooking without having to lift a lid to check on progress of my meal.

Great Pans

I am very happy with my purchase. They are quick to heat up, cook evenly and clean up beautifully. I wish I did a little more research before buying. I didn't know there was a difference between these and the "searing pan" series. I may have bought those instead, but they are very pricey, especially so after I've just purchased these at a much more reasonable price. All in all, very happy. Thanks Calphalon.

Perfect Nonstick

I have been looking for a replacement for my very expensive 10" nonstick All Clad skillet that had lost it's "nonstickness" after a couple of years.. I vowed I would never buy such an expensive skillet ever again since after time with heavy use I realize a nonstick skillet "dies". I love these two pans because all things slide right out after cooking. The price for such high quality was also appealing. I use the 8" more than I expected. It is perfect when I want eggs and my husband wants the pre-prepared pancakes from the freezer.
I've never bought a Calphalon pan before. I will again.

Well worth the money

Plain and simple, I'm a cheapskate. My husband calls me "thrifty". Despite this fact, I broke down and purchased some Calphalon pans (12", 10", and 8" omelette pans with lids). Have to say, it's one of the best purchases I've ever made! This pan is fantastic! Cooks evenly, see through lid is a plus, and it cleans up so easily. Much better than traditional "non stick" pans. Take it from the cheapskate, you want these pans! I'll be buying more Calphalon pans in the future.

A must have

I never realized how great and handy glass lids are until now. It's wonderful to be able to see how your food is doing without always having to lift the lid. They fit the omelette pans perfectly and I'm glad I thought to get these at the time of ordering my pans.

My "go to" pans

My new Calphalon non stick pans are the best. I realize that I haven't even used my old ones since receiving these. I like the cool handles so I don't have to hunt for my pot holders. The non stick interior is a breeze to clean up. I have started to cook eggs every morning and they come out of the pan so easily that it makes cooking breakfast a snap. I love it!

Excellent quality. Am a long time cook and have never washed pots and pans in a dishwasher so good quality will last a very long time. Always use "Dobie" brand pads (non-abrasive) on non-stick cookware and mild liquid.

Correct size lids fit the pans and recommend hand-washing always.

I've never had a nonstick pan that was actually nonstick. These are awesome! I've been making eggs in them about 4 times a week now for a couple months and all I can say is WOW! Just let the pans heat up on low heat and you don't have to use any oil/nonstick spray. I can't really comment on the dishwasher safe part about them because I've just been washing them by hand because nothing sticks to them :)

Perfect Fit

A must have if buying the 2 piece skillet set. The addition of the lids (which fit perfectly) increases the options for uses of the pans.
