nice sturdy pot

its a good item for the price, its big enough for cooking a lot of pasta, the deep fry basket make frying a singe. nice item

Almost Great

In ordering this pan I was trying to replace my old Farberware 4-qt. saucepan which had developed a little bump in the bottom decades ago when I let it boil dry. The bump had not caused a problem in the subsequent decades of use on a regular coil electric stove but I couldn't use the old pan so well on my new smoothtop electric stove. I contemplated one 4-qt. pan from Macy's that cost $130.00 but it has a metal handle and since I often use the 4-qt. pan for making candy that requires holding the handle and stirring vigorously until the candy gets to a very high temperature, I decided I really wanted a pan with a handle I could be assured would not transmit heat to my hand.

Sauce Pan with Deep Fry Basket

I have been looking for a pan that can withstand frying in it and this is it. This works great for frying fish and french fries. The lid keeps the grease from flying everywhere. The clean up is so easy and the pan is great for soups also.

I had been looking for this product at all retail stores and was un-able to find. I went to Food network and found, it is an excellent item I highly recommend especially if you fry fish,chicken or french fries.

Wonderful Pan!

This is a wonderful pan! The basket insert can be used for so many different things. I can't say enough good things about these pans!

Cups are a little bulky and heavy but they make a superior scoop for my 5 gallon buckets of flour, sugar, powder sugar, etc. Measurements are not exact and this effects you baking. But for the price they are great and I am planning or ordering a set for each of my sisters, mother, mother-in-law and grandma.

When cleaning the pan with BonAmi the metal at the joint of the side wall and bottom got worn away. away

Perfect in-between size

Excellent sauce pot even though it doesn't have a riveted handle.Not too heavy to lift.

I have not used this pot yet but it looks heavy and durable. I look forward to using it.
