Nice Pan

This is a nice heavy pan that heats evenly and cleans up like a dream. I've made soup, sauces and boiled pasta and eggs in this pan with ease. I'll be back for more in his line of cookware.

Looked at others, but this one is a very well constructed pot. Heating is predictable, even and easy to modulate.

Great sauce pan for the price. I've always liked cooking with Cuisinart cookware.

The 4-qt. Cuisinart saucepan is a great addition to my kitchen cookware. It's great looking and is the perfect size. My only caution is for those you have a hard time lifting heavy objects. Because it's triple-clad, it's very heavy, especially when filled with hot stew or spaghetti sauce! If you're transporting leftovers any distance you must be very careful because it can be very hard on the wrists!

Looking at these pans makes me believe I am a professional chef! - I have other expensive brands, and I feell these Cuisinart pans do the trick without the price tag.
