The toaster is fair. The top one-fourth of the bread, english muffin, etc. does not toast properly.
It toasts fairly fast, is light weight and looks good.
If it wasn't such a pain in the ..... I would think about sending it back.
A dissapointment; Everything else that we have ordered from you has been outstanding.
