I enjoy the settings the most for the darkness of my bagel. the defrost and cancel are great ideas, but I think setting the darkness of my toast is great.

This toaster doesn't get hot enough. By the time your bread gets toasted brown, it's to dried out to eat. I will be looking for something else in the very near future.
