I really like this item to keep my coffee fresh. However, there are no written directions.....just pictures. So when you try to use the pump to vacuum seal it.....you don't know how much to pump, when it's sealed, etc. Sometimes I get it sealed and sometimes not.....thereby negating the need for the item if unable to vacuum seal it.
