best tenderizer I've ever had
Works wonderfully. I did have to re-read the directions for taking it apart the first two times I used the tenderizer. You must be careful not to go all the way through the meat..... those sharp pointed blades can bend slightly, causing the tips to catch on dish towel.
Make certain to only go half way through the thickness on each side; and then add your seasonings... let the steak sit or marinate for a short time.I recommend this product.
Good but be careful
The first time I used this product it "over tenderized" the steak and the meat ended up more "mushy" than tender. If used in moderation this tenderizer helps get marinade displaced throughout the meat better and does help make a relatively chewy piece of meat less so.I recommend this product.
We thought it was a little pricey at first. But after using it and tasting the results...It is WELL worth it. It made our ribeye steaks SO tender..I have bought one for my daughter and her husband..There are so many meats that using the tenderizer can improve the tenderness of. Cant wait to try it on more....thanks....I recommend this product.

I love this product!
I did think it was a little expensive, however, after trying it I am thrill with it. I used it on boneless, skinless chicken breasts. I pierced it (but only half way though the chicken) twice on each side (different areas to cover the entire area). Then marinated them for an hour. It was so moist and tender. So much more than when I pierce it with a fork and marinate it. So pleased with this purchase. Well worth the money. Sturdy and well made. Very sharp so keep it in the case when not in use.I recommend this product.
