Did exactly what I expected, meat prepared with this tool is basicly prechewed. Cooking time is drasticly reduced, be very careful not to overcook!

After cooking, when you eat, the meat falls apart practically without a knife. The 45 blade tenderizer is an excellent tool that will increase the joy of anyones steak experience.

I can not tell you how much I like this item. It is easy to use easy to clean and does a fantastic job on all types of meat. it is used on beef. chicken ,pork. and I am trying to figure out if it can be used on eggs!! lol I tenderize the meat and it goes into a marinade and the flavors go through out the meat.
