Just what we wanted, without extra stuff

The design is really great, different for the dinner plates and salad plates. Bought it for my wife and she liked it a lot. I was happy to get a set of dinnerware that did not have the saucers for the cups. We never use those saucers, and I thought it would be a wast of money to pay for something we just don't use.
Also, the cups in this set are much larger than the tiny, awkard coffee cups that come in other sets. These cups have more of a "mug" feel to them, without being really large.

Very poor quality

The color variation on this set is extreme. Ranges from dark blue to dark purple. Also after first use the plates showed marks where utensils had touched the surface. Very disappointing.

The customer service was very good. Cooking.com arranged for some replacements, but the second batch was no different.

Pfaltzgraff Dinnerware

I don't write reviews often, but this one warranted a review. Dinnerware is perfect. Arrived without a crack. Cooking.com didn't let me down over price or shipping.

Great product, Great service

This was my first time to order from Cooking.com. I have been very pleased with the customer service. My new dishes were delivered in a timely manner. I was surprised to see how well they were packed - not one chip or break. They are beautiful - just what I would expect from Pfaltzgraff. The price was amazing!! I will definitely order through Cooking.com in the future.

Nice weight to this stoneware. I bought it for my daughter's first apartment. She liked the looks, and I'm sure she will like it when she sees it in person. I'm tempted to buy a set for my son too, maybe even to replace my 38 year old set of stoneware.
