This is the third knife I have bought, as I enjoy them so much. I have found that when you hold it properly the weight of the knife is completely negated, and it just feels good in your hand. They are also easy to keep sharp!

I purchased this knife for my husband's birthday. He loves it and so do I since it's got him cooking again. This is the cheapest I found this knife. I wish quality knives were less expensive!

I purchased this knife to give as Christmas presents. The two knives were both well recieved. In fact, those were the best gifts I gave this year. I wanted one too, so I ordered myself one after Christmas. I am very satisfied with the beautiful design and with the way it works. Excellent!

We really like the weight, the balance and the cutting edge of this knife! And it is quite pretty, as well. The crisscross crusher is an added bonus. Guy has created an excellent product.
