Great Knife

Awesome looking, and nice balance. Buying a Guy product, I was expecting the best and that's what was received.

Dangerous Knife

Why oh why did they put that sharp little fork on the end of the knife. Why did they angle it at such an upward angle. Within two week I stuck myself with the prongs and they are sharp. A very poor and potentially dangerous design.

Excellent multi purpose knife

I use this knfe for a variety of tasks and it performs wonderfully. Well made, sturdy and well balanced. It's a pleasure to use.

Guy Fieri Dragon Dagger Utility Knife

I bought this for my husband as a surprise - he is very pleased with the knife - it has a good feel and balance to it and is extremely sharp! I know he'll get many years of great pleasure when he uses it!

Utility Knife

It's a little on the small size & light weight as well. Expected more bang for my buck.

great guy knife

i bought this knife for my husband. it has a nice weight to it and seems to be balanced well. of course it looks super awesome. the perfect guy knife line. it came very sharp. i haven't had it long enough to know how well it will hold it's edge, however seems to be doing a really good job.

I already had a tomatoe knife and thought from your description/information that this was more multipurpose as well as easier to handle. It is a beautiful knife and maybe I just needed to learn the correct technique. Have you considered a video on skills?

I needed a small knife for utility work on the line in a professional kitchen and it has worked out great so far.

We first purchased the set of 4 knives about 8 months ago. Very impressed - wonderful knives. So impressed we bought another Dagger Utility Knife and the Cleaver. Beautiful look. Wonderful performance. One son is a chef and he loved the knives when using them. Another son won't let his wife use the knives because she usually knicks herself and they stay so sharp.

The feel is very good on this knife. It's extremely sharp and i have used it for slicing in a variety of ways. I have always counted on the great quality of my knives so this surprised me, originally just thought the Fieri knives looked cool,but was very pleasantly surprised at how they performed.

Utility says it all

For me, this is the perfect all round player in the kitchen. Love the forked end, and the weight is perfect. It is just a bit heftier than some others you might look at, but I thought it felt "just right". When it comes to slicing thicker sandwiches in half, the offset blade is a wonder. And talk about a smooth slice on a tomato, WOW!
All in all,.. I really couldn't hope to find a better utility knife for my tastes.

Matched set

I wouldn't have bought this style knife by itself but I did by the 2-knife set. The knife is high quality, feels great, stays sharp and - like I said in my review of the other GF knife - looks way cool. Art work on the chopping block.
