don't know if you can do anything about it but I am scared to use the knife because it sliced me trying to get into the package very hard to get into not safe can you sheath it in the package? so anyway it appears the knife is good

This turned out to be a complete surprise. The cost of this knife was so favorable that I thought I would try it out. We find this knife to be incredibly handy. Not only is it sharp but it fits my hand for chopping and slicing. A real bargain

I bought this knife for my husband who has very large hands. He likes the fact that it's not small and dainty like most of our other knives. It also came with a nice knife guard. He especially likes the arched handle, as it's more comfortable for him. The only concern I have is that the tang does not go to the end of the handle; it stops halfway. Otherwise, it's a new favorite for him.

I purchased the Kulinary Chef's and Paring Knife Set about a year ago when they first came out and really should have bought the 4 knife set. I really don't need another bread knife though, so when this went for $20 and free shipping I snagged it. Really a very nice group of knifes!
