If you cook, you need a ceramic knife

I love this knife. I have given it for gifts and am on my second one. They are wonderful. You do have to use some care with them. They are not to be used to pry open frozen meat with, you shouldn't hit them hard on a counter top and you must be prepared for them to be sharp. The biggest problem I had when I first got one was cutting myself. This knife stays sharp. It will be the one knife you use all the time. The first one lasted me almost 3 years. Had it not been used to pry open frozen meat and broke, I feel certain I would still be using it. It is an excellent knife and I use mine all the time.

I love ceramic knives. They seem to stay sharp longer than any other knives I've tried. Their thin design goes through fruits, veg, and meat like a dream.
