hey thanks for getting the saute pan out to me so quickly. it arrived about a week earlier than estimated. i love the pan. i have a set of cuisinart cookware, but i needed something bigger and i didnt want to spend $100's for one, it is perfect. i will shop with you in the future.

Better than expected

I am throwing out most of my old non-stick cookware and buying new. I settled on this triply by Cuisinart because of the great review I found on the net and a good price. I was a little scared not having a nonstick but this pan is awesome! I don't need the temperature up as high, everything cooks even and very easy to clean up. (I only use Bar Keepers Friend on this/ No dishwasher, even though it says its ok to do) It retains heat VERY well so this may take a little time for some people to get used to but I find it great.
I am very happy with the Cuisinart and have no complaints at this time. I will keep with their Triply and swith out all my cookware.
Cooking.com shipped faster than expected at a great price!!

Excellent, affordable pan for amateur chef

This pan is a wonderful, non-reactive pan for the amateur chef who doesn't want to invest in an expensive, large saute pan they may or may not use. The sides are nice, tall, and straight, which prevents food from slipping out. It's also tall enough to handle a large amount of simmering liquid without spattering out of the pan (too much). The pan is a little heavy, and the long handle is a little thin, but it's an excellent pan for the money. Also, I personally like glass lids, so I can see what's happening in the pan (this lid is stainless steel), but the lid fits well and can be easily balance on the long handle to allow steam to escape. I recommend this pan for people who like to cook occasionally and want a pan that performs well, but doesn't cost an arm and a leg.

Saute pan review

I purchased this for my daughter who is a novice cook. I was looking for a saute pan equal to her level of ability but did not want to spend on a brand like All-Clad which is what I use. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the Cuisinart saute pan compared to its price. Since it is a Christmas gift, it has not been used yet but based on its looks, weight in the hand and manuf. description, I would not hesitate to try this brand myself. My experience with Cooking.com was excellent. Very easy ordering process, quality merchandise. I will use this site again. Thank you
