Love this container

I am trying to get away from storing food in plastic. I knew Anchor Hocking had a good reputation and decided to order this product and the smaller size. I love them. The glass is sturdy and the lids are heavy enough to stay on the container but not a problem to remove.

Great way to store/see food. Keeps it seemingly fresher than plastic. We love it and I'm buying it for my daughter.

In an effort to rid myself of plastics due to their toxicity and recent studies linking plastics and cancer, I've gotten rid of all the old Tupperware and margarine tubs we used to use to store our left overs--these are great, I bought several in every size and I love them! They have one advantage over plastics--they can go right in the oven, microwave, dishwasher, freezer and fridge without a thought! Way to go--I'm very pleased!

I love these storage containers. They save so much space in the refrigerator versus round containers. Also, I prefer glass to plastic. I wish I had bought a few more.

Love it! This is so versatile, from marinating meats and fish to serving salsa and mixed vegetables. The glass container cleans easily and odor left behind. Recommend Highly!

With all of the research on toxins in plastics, it is nice to have a quality glass product available. With the Anchor Hocking glass storage, I never have to be concerned about what I store in it or how I reheat the food inside. Aside from the health benefits, the glassware is really sturdy and attractive. The different container sizes stack up nicely in the cabinet and refrigerator. I recommend it to all of my friends and I know they do the same.
Very much worth the extra cost. This stuff will last forever, unlike the plastic which stain and warp over time... and for some reason the Anchor Hocking lids never disappear!

I prefer to use glass for food storage, instead of plastic, and these containers are excellent. I love their retro look, too.
