This knife cannot be overrated.

The 5" Santoku knife remains absolutely sharp, and it is used every day. It is small enough to be appropriate for anything I need to use it for. It is lightweight and easy to use for older hands (mind) which have grown too clumsy for my larger knives. I love this knife and recommend it absolutely! And no one paid me to write this, even though . . .

I love your cutlery. I purchased this knife, to check quality, and function. It is of great qualiy, as I have come to expect from Calpholan, I will soon be purchasing more of your Kknives!
