I was unable to find this skimmer in the kitchen ware departments that I frequent. I was delighted to find it in the Paula Deen Store online. I knew you must carry it because of seeing you use it on your TV show.

It is real easy to remove food from pan. Does not drop anything. real handie in kitchen.

This item is too pricey for the quality. It is cheap looking and workmanship is lacking. I would not recommend it to anyone.
