Love It!

I bought this roasting pan as a gift to myself for the holiday cooking that I was about to embark on. I cooked Thanksgiving dinner and Christmas dinner in this pan and it was fabulous! I love the non-stick feature about this and the ample room for a large turkey. I put carrots, onions, celery, and fresh thyme with some white wine in the bottom of the pan and GOODNESS they turned out perfect! Many raves on this pan...I love it!

Calphalon roasting pan

I love this pan. It's perfect for roasts, turkeys, even a giant batch of lasagna! Calphalon is my very favorite brand of cookware, so it was a natural choice to buy their roasting pan. I'm glad I did.

Can handle the big loads!

This heavy duty roasting pan can handle the big birds or enough lasagna to feed an army. It's a bit bulky for the sink but still very easy to clean. So is the nonstick rack. I also love the ability to keep the drippings in the pan and use it on the stovetop to make gravy. The accessories are of high quality and work great. You'll love this roasting pan!

I bought this for myself a year ago, and just bought a second one as a gift. The pan is terrific, a little heavy but absolutely solid. The handles are slightly curved, which makes it easier to grab and move - and they don't get in the way of a turkey or roast. The rack is sturdy, and has side handles that are big enough to be used, not just for show. A 20 pound turkey is the biggest that I've had in it - I don't think it would have held a bigger one. The pan and the rack are both easy to clean. I like the metal baster, I've warped/melted several cheap plastic ones in the past but this one is indestructible. It also cleans better than the plastic ones, greasy stuff just slides right out of it. The turkey lifters are cheap, I tried to use mine one time and threw them away, they're not worth fighting with.

This roaster is an excellent product. It was very substantial in the holding/balance of a 20lb. turkey. It was easy as all get-out to clean and my wife and daughter-in-law were impressed with the roaster. During the holidays I spend a lot of time in the kitchen, particularly with my daughter-in-law. We both have simular taste in kitchen gear(read as expensive) and Calphalon is my favorite name-brand. I enjoyed introducing it to her. Given that I bought the roaster for near 50% off, I got great value for the price. And yes, I will be buying other products from this line.

Calphalon, It just can't be beat.

The Nonstick Roasting set by Calphalon, is the best. I will never use anything else to roast chicken, turkey, prime rib and so forth. The non stick surface is pure perfection. Anyone using this roaster will be extremely happy.

Great Small Roaster

Delighted with the pan's substrate and rack (the handles are a bit funky, but use
them once, and you will be a pro). The lifting prongs stand the test,however the
injector will only accomodale a clear infusion (bits of herbs, garlic, crushed peppercorns, etc will clog). It does still second as a great baster. I am pleased
with this product, and have cooked a roast every sunday since I received it. I have also left the drippings from a prime rib roast in the pan, baked my Yorkshire
pudding, and served all tableside. A great New England tradition.

I have cooked turkeys for many years, but this pan is the best I ever used. I am tossing my mother-in-law's enameled pan. I roasted a 23 lb. bird and was perfectly cooked, browned and done even a little early! And, after the pan cooled, the fond peeled right out in one piece.

The pan hardly needed to be washed. Amazing!

this product made a great gift, i bought it for someone who love to cook and would get a lot of use out of it, i was pleased with the quality and that it came with the tools also, and the person i bought it for was impressed.

Good roasting pan. Easy to clean. The only concern I had was that the handles tilt inward, which made it a little difficult to get a 20# turkey out.

We roasted a turkey this weekend - this roaster was great, easy to make gravy in, clean up excellent. Thanks.

The works great however the handles stain during the cooklng process and must be cleaned using a brillo or scouring pad. From now on before I roast in this pan I will cover the handles with tin foil. Other than that, the pan cleaned up nicely and worked as advertised.

It was the first time my turkey browned evenly and the white meat was juicy.

Excellent Product

This roasting pan was perfect for my 25 lb turkey. I don't know how I would have made it through Thanksgiving without it. I had no trouble placing the bird inside the pan. Clean up was as easy as pie.

What a great value...Finally something that gives flavor to meals!! We got this 2 weeks ago and have used it 6 times..Vegetables roasted in the bottom of the pan are wonderful to speak nothing of the whole chicken I can finally buy, or the pork roast that is so moist...Thank you for a wonderful product. mhn

The best roasting pan I've ever had. I've used it for turkey and for roast piglet. In both cases my food didn't get stuck to the pan. The accesories it brings are excelent, specially the lifts.

Good product of excellent weight. Nicely balanced with even heat. Rigid handles make for easy moving. Good also for making sauce on burners.

It's a beautiful pan to add to my collection. I haven't used it yet but plan to for Thanksgiving.

Calphalon Nonstick Roasting Set

We love us some Calphalon. Most of our cookware is Calphalon by choice, with the exceptions of very old inherited pieces/sets of CorningWare. We love the 'set' which comes with this Roasting pan and cradle-style rack . . .but. My husband is disappointed that there is no cover for this roasting pan. He has long used his mother's very large cast iron/enamel covered roasting pan and cover. Although he never uses the cover when he does his Thanksgiving turkey, he still feels disappointed that there is no cover. Other than that little problem for him, we love this roasting pan - it's great for the turkey, my Christmas ham and I have also done a lovely rosemary/thyme & spiced roast potatoes dish in it since receiving it. David loves his baster and flavor-infuser which he received as part of the set. It's just getting my husband to give up his sentimental attachment to his mother's old (and, now, rusting) roasting pan that is difficult. Thank you, Food Network and Calphalon

Slow Rebate

I was not happy to learn the promised rebate for this product will not arrive until January, more than 3 months after proper paperwork was submitted. Pretty slow. Otherwise the roaster seems to be good value for the money.
