Cleans easily and is heavy duty.

I have bought other pans that lasted as little as 1 usage. This one is well-made and heavy duty. I will enjoy using this for years to come!

I just wish the handles didn't curve in towards the pan. It might get in the way of a large turkey.

I have used this pan to roast a ham and a pork loin. Both came out wonderful. The best part is the easy clean up! I liked the removable rack as well. It allowed for more even cooking around the meat.

I used this pan to prepare my Thanksgiving turkey and it was by far the most beautiful turkey I have ever prepared. I have always used uncoated stainless steel and I would usually get a very dull colored bird. This year I prepared my bird the same way that I always do ,however I used the darker pan (which I have heard helps to darken the meat that you are roasting) and it was beautiful!! The other thing that I like about this pan is that it non-stick but it is not coated. It cleaned up very nicely. Very nice pan

Use this to cook very large roasts, and because the handles go inward, it doesn't always work out so well. Using this pan, means I cannot put anything else in my oven with it as it takes up all the room.

I have finally found a roasting pan that works! No more dried-out breast meat for us. I tried my new Nonstick Roasting Set this Thanksgiving cooking a 21 pound bird and following the directions and the turkey turned out moist and beautiful. Cleaning up was easy, too. Great for Gravy

We used this roaster to grill a turkey (Bobby Flay recipe). Then we used it to make gravy for 22 guests; it fit across two burners and offered plenty of room for whisking. The rounded corners permit easier pouring of gravy than an oval roasting pan. The roaster served well for both tasks we assigned this Thanksgiving.

I bought this roasting set for use at Thanksgiving, and I was very thankful that I did. It performed excellently, with the rack providing ample room to brown & crisp the underside of the turkey, as well as provide room for basting with the juices. Clean up was easy with soap & water, as the nonstick feature lived up to its name.

I really liked this pan I usually make a 25 pound turkey and it was very easy to handle with this pan. I could even pour out the juices With very little Trouble.

used this roasting pan to cook our Christmas roast, the roast came out perfect. The rack kept the roast from sticking and we used the dripping in our gravy, made for a very good meal.

Can't go wrong

In a time when companies demand upwards of $100 for a cheaply made roasting pan, this set by Calphalon is a real value.
You end up saving about $90 on the combined price of the utensils that come with the pan. The pan itself is a good quality (maybe not the highest but good) among the non-stick variety. It also comes with a well engineered rack that has the right shape to hold a large bird and handles on the right sides. Some racks are flat, which is not good, or have handles on the long side, fighting for space with the pan’s own handles. The set comes also with good quality lifting forks (we shall see how they handle 25 lb of turkey all at once) and a decent aluminum basting utensil that can be used as a syringe to “inject” liquid in the roast. Once you are done, through the aluminum part in the dishwasher for a good cleaning you can never hope to get with a plastic basting tool.
Overall I am very pleased with the purchase.

After buying this set for my two daughters and seeing how much they loved it I bought one for myself. A great set for the money.

Bought this for bigger meals have not used it as of this time.

Used it for Thanksgiving and it turned out great. Non-stick worked great but had great drippings.

Excellent Roasting Pan

I bought this pan for the HUGE Thanksgiving turkey I plan to make. I ended up using it early on a ham though and it was wonderful. The clean up was extremely easy, the cooking was even and it just looks good. The baster and forks that come with it are also good sturdy tools. I cannot wait to put my 25lb turkey in it on Thursday. :) Happy cooking!
