Best Roasting Pan I've Ever Used

I love this roasting pan. The accessories are ideal & the pan is the easiest to clean I have ever used. This is an excellent pan & a bargain at the price.

I liked this roasting pan very much. It was solid and the handles are well-placed. The forks made it easy to flip my turkey (cooked breast side down for the first 4 hours). The injection baster works well for injecting as well as traditional basting. Good product!

I ordered and received this pan just before Thanksgiving. It was the first time I had cooked a turkey and it turned out so juicy, delicious, and a beautiful golden brown - and the gravy was to die for! Not sure if it was the pan or how I prepped the turkey (brined overnight and then cooked at 500 backside up for first 30 min.) but I will be using this every Thanksgiving in the future. One note - our bird was 24 lbs and just barely fit between the handles!

The quality of the roaster is exceptional. I do not think I will be able to find anything that will not fit in this pan.

Super Injector/Baster

Though the rack and roasting pan were the quality I expect from all of my Calphalon cooking sets, the quality of the Turkey Grabbers were an unexpected bonus. They make handling the Hot Roast Turkey easy. The one piece that sets this set apart is the Baster/Injector. Most injectors have small hypodermic size vials that you are constantly refilling. Also when trying to suck up the juices to reinject, using the baster to extract the fluid then screwing on the needle is even a greater invention than pre-sliced bread.

Excellent! I purchased this for Thanksgiving and used it for my ham and my turkey. The ham was a little unstable when I used the rack, but otherwise it was a marvel to use. Clean up was a breeze, even with the drippings from my glaze I used on the ham. I simply let it cool and wiped it out.

The only problem with this pan is the oversized high handles which makes storage a problem.

Ribs, roast and turkey were all great on this product

The Roasing pand and exessories are of excellent quality and function. One small point is that the handles curve in and can reduce the size of the pan when roasing larger meats.

This roasting pan is functional and stylish. The oversized handles on the pan and removable roasting rack are very wisely designed; plus, the set includes other useful 'extras' I would have had to purchase separately. A lot of value for the money!

Easy roasting

While I bought this roaster for Thanksgiving, I could not wait and gave it an initial trial with a pork rib roast.

The meat was perfectly cooked, cleanup was a breeze. I did lay a piece of foil over the top of the meat to keep spatter down, but that probably wasn't necessary.

This is the best roaster I have ever owned and I have been cooking for over 35 years. I can hardly wait to do the turkey in it!

great roaster

I was concerned about the weight but with the handles , it is not very difficult to lift the bird. After all, it is still a big project to lift a 12 to 20 lb. bird. It cooked well and the turkey was cooked evenly. The cleanup is very easy. Cooking.com's price was quite a bit lower that the same unit at various retail stores I shopped. It's a great cooker-- buy it!!

Best Turkey ever!!!

I have never had a more moist bird. The baster worked great. When the bird was done we lifted the rack, bird and all, right out of the pan and the drippings were ready to make gravy. nothing stuck anywhere and cleanup was a snap. This item is well worth the money.

Calphalon Roasting Set

This roasting set is wonderful! I was able to fit 2 medium size turkeys side by side with no trouble. I love it!
