I never knew it was THIS good

I've never had the Calphalon brand before.....When I took these Unison pieces out of the box, I was shocked. They pans are Large and Heavy and Good! I kinda sorta burned some cheese on the bottom of one and the cheese really truly DID "slide" right out. I am Amazed that I was missing out all these years. Everyone should cook with Good Pans.

This is a great cookware set

The pan are great I have not had any problems with food sticking I use a little oil. I made my setup and could not be happier with it. The only problem I have is going to stores and buying more pans. I use the everyday pan all the time it is fantastic This set is worth the money.
