great gift

I already have this and I purchased it for my sister as a Christmas gift. She absolutely loved it.

Emeril 5 qt. sauce pan

I have a full set of Emeril ware and this was just a added piece. It is the best i have used. I have the Emeril deep fryer and love it. I would recomend Emeril products to anyone wanting good products at a fair price.

I got it for my daughter , she had another brand and didn't like . She loves this one . Thanks .

Best saute pan/best price

AllClad makes the best pans in the business, so when one can be purchased at this low price no one should hesitate!

It was a gift, so will get feedback from that person. I felt the weight was a little light, but overall for the money was a good deal and had great handle grips, plus good for a large meal.

all I can say is I love cooking with this pan. Nothing sticks and It heats evenly. Only thing is it is large, so if you only cook for one you may want to purchase a smaller one.

I have a smooth cooktop and need a flat bottom pan; I prefer nonstick. Previously I bought very cheap pans but with my old electric cooktop that didn't make a difference. For my new ceramic cooktop I bought a cheap new pan that warped immediately so decided to go to a higher level pan; Emeril is recommended by Consumers Union. The pan arrived, and I put it onto my smooth cooktop without using it, to ascertain the adherence of the pan to the cooking surface. Most of the pan adhered well with the exception of a 1-inch strip around the right edge of the pan which almost but not quite adheres. Tried to contact Emeril but there's an average 300-minute wait on their phone line; there's no e-mail address. The pan is a huge improvement from what I have but I'm still "on the fence" about whether or not to return it.

It's a very good saute pan. However, it is very large. I think an 11 inch would be better for my use.

Great Saute Pan. Pan was damaged during shipping and a replacement was sent right away. I am impressed with the service from the Food Network Store.

exactly like other $20-$30 pans

When I bought this I did so based on description and reviews. I thought it was a special non-stick coating, which is what I was looking for. It looks, and by the the packaging info is, just like the cheaper pans. Right now it is great, but I'll see if it makes it 6 months. The cheaper pans, lasted 4-6 months before scratching/coating coming off. The emeril pan does say metal utensil safe. I can't see how. I only use wood, plastic or silicone anyway, but we'll see. This pan does come with a lifetime warranty. Again, we'll see. Used it once so far and it was fine. Still wishing I spent the additional $20 - $40 for a true, ceramic type pan. Oh well, we'll see!

Emeril's Best Pan!

Emeril's 5 quart nonstick saute pan is my absolute favorite cooking pan! The size is perfect, it cleans so easily, and everything comes out perfect. You will note that I just purchased three of these pans! Although mine is still in great shape - after over six years of constant use - I decided to purchase these pans as wedding gifts! It truly is a terrific product!
