Great Pot

Works as advertised. Good at searing and food slides easily out of pot. The handles do get hot and the pan can slide on the cook top. But it's worth buying.

The nonstick finish is great except for two things the inside of the rivets is not coated and food sticks to it and food also sticks to the groves in the circular pattern of the fry pan. I have had better non stick but the fry quality is good

Love it!!!

I recently purchased several skillets, sauce pans, and a dutch oven in this product line and I love every one of them! I have used this to make stews, soups, large one pot meals and it is just terrific. Very easy to clean up - most everything just pours out without sticking but I have burned things or cooked things that stuck to the bottom of the pan and even them it has wiped clean easily. Cooking and cleaning up always takes time but now the clean-up is a snap. I haven't tried putting them in the dishwasher yet. I'm too afraid I'll ruin a great pan but once I get up the nerve, I'm going to try washing them in the dish washer. I'm so surprised to have pans that even the most burned on mess comes clean without any effort on my part. I wish I could find the words to tell you how great these pans are. They are absolutely worth every penny!!! Lucky me and lucky you if you buy one like it.

Love this Dutch Oven!

I have four Calphalon Unison pots and pans and I think they are fantastic. They are lighter than the older Commercial line and they clean easily. I am very happy with my purchase!
