Used as a slider press only and not as a cooker, works well as a press I have not tried it as a cooker. Not dishwasher safe, but clean up was easy. I did use cooking spray before starting to make burgers and sliders came out perfect.

We found this to be a very good slider press, the sliders are moist and very tasty. We enjoy it at least once a week.
