This book is extremely informative and precise with out being confusing. It is very straight forward and easy to read. Although I have not tried to prepare any of the recipes, it is so well written that I am positive I could succeed. A must have cook book for any at all interested in cooking.

Yes | No Report Violation »This cookbook is a nice addition to one's collection of cookbooks but you have to be a fan of Julia Child's to appreciate it. Be aware there are no pictures in the entire book......lots of writing. It is a bit pricey. Also, know that the picture of Meryl Streep that played Julia in the movie is only a removable paper wrapper not a real part of the front of the book.
