Great Timesaver

I have been wanting this kind of help with canning tomatoes for years! I got it late in the summer and discovred that It is positively great! I look forward to using it next year. We had 75 Roma tomatoe plants and this really saves time, effort and mess. It will open up my potential for what to do with all these tomatoes! I plan to try it for other processes also.

We used this product to make mass quantities of applesauce. It drastically reduced our processing time - last year it took us 3 days to process 50 lbs of apples, but this year it only took 1 day! The only problem we had was that the screen would occasionally get clogged and we had to take it out and wash it.

Romo sauce maker

I bought this sauce maker to replace one that was old and wearing out. The design was similar, although I thought this one cleaned easier and was somewhat easier to assemble. The hopper was large and made short work of a large batch of applesauce. I was a little leary of the vacuum base, but found it held without any problems. I would recommend this product to the home canner.
