Pepper grinder with pepper

Nothing beats fresh pepper when you need it and the freshness and aroma that this pepper emits is so wonderful. It would be great if refill pepper was available. BUT I cannot figure out how to take it apart so refilling was possible.

I bought the larger grinder because it said it was refillable. It is a plastic bottle, which is ok I guess, but we haven't figured out how we can refill it. We also bought 2 of the smaller spice grinders. They are glass bottles and the tops screw off so you could refill them. Maybe the large pepper grinder just had a misprint.
