All it did was mush the leaves. The leaves have to be dry or won't work. It was also hard to put back together after I had taken it apart to clean. I thought this would be helpful but it was more of a hassel. Will be returning it.

Haven't used the Herb Mill yet, however, it seems well made and very sturdy, not cheap quality. Looking forward to using it this weekend.

If you're choppinng large amount of parsley or cilantro, or other herbs with large leaves on stems it does a decent job, but for herbs with smaller leaves it's useless; the leaves just fall through whole. A bit of a pain to clean as well. Not worth the money.

All I can say is that I love it. I use to cut my hers with a scissors. The herbs use to stick the the blades. This herb mill is fast and easy.
