This is such a wonderful garlic press. A little heavy, but it really gets the job done. I love the red side, which is great for getting the little pieces out of the holes for cleaning. I would definitely recommend this Oxo garlic press.

The best feature of this product is how it releases the fregrance of the garlic. I love using garlic, but sometimes find just chopping does not give the true aroma, the garlic press does. My only complaint is I have trouble squeezing it hard enough to get all the garlic through the press. It seems to leave a good portion of the cloves behind.

I had my old garlic press since the 1970's. It was all metal and the handle was much smaller. I find this one so much easier that I find I'm using garlic more often ... and enjoying it more!
