The Guy Fieri Knuckle Sandwich 6.5-in. Cleaver Nick-Named "The Beast" is a serious 1-lb. meat cleaver ready for just about any task. A durable 0.150-in. thick German Carbon Steel Blade is designed for chopping meat, chicken, chicken bone, and even some firm vegetables & fruits. The ergonomic design makes this knife a extension of your hand for natural comfort and less effort. It features a criss cross crusher on end of handle for crushing nuts, garlic, etc. Flames and Guy's Knuckle Sandwich logo are distressed and permanently etched on the blade. The red and black handle also boasts a flame-waved design, and the star is added to complete Guy's signature look.

This cleaver ROCKS! I have tested it over & over since I bought it & it answers the call again & again... Kinda like firefighters. Great look, awesome performance & it fits the motif perfectly. Get some, boys.

This cleaver is amazing! I was a bit surprised by the weight but it worked great when I needed to section a whole chicken for dinner last week! Definitely get this!

No job this cleaver can't handle. It is a fantastic product. We have all the Fieri knives now except the steak knives and LOVE them all!

The weight is pretty heavy. this cleaver is not meant for weak hands. It is very sharp and easy to use.

We were happy to get the Guy Fieri meat cleaver. The weight is great and makes it easier to use. The looks are outstanding, and it looks really great in the Guy Fieri block with the rest of the knives. We get many compliments on the set. We were also happy to tell them where we purchased them. got my new beast cleaver the other day and couldn't wait to make flattened chicken. this knife takes all the work out of cutting up a whole bird. great weight and super sharp. very happy with it.

I don't often require a cleaver, but when this was released I HAD to add it to my collection! A beautiful piece, the heft is perfect, particularly for a guy with medium/large hands.

When I first saw these knives on TV I thought they looked great however,looks can be deceiving at times. After doing a little research online and reading what others had to say about the product I decided to take a chance and buy one. When I ordered it online I got the confirmation email saying thanks and I should be receiving my order within the next 10 business days. As I waited for my order to come I kept thinking to myself "I sure hope this is a good knife and not some cheap knock off". Sorry Food Network :(. Anyway about 6 days into my waiting period I came home from work to discover a box from food network. I immediately felt as if Santa had just been to the house to visit. My skepticism quickly started to fade when I picked up the box and felt the weight of what was inside. I opened the box and inside was one of the best looking knives I had ever seen. I carefully removed the packaging and held the stylish cutting machine in my hand. Its design and weight are perfect for me. It feels like it is an extension of my arm. My first opportunity to use the knife was a couple days later while making beef ribs and boy was I impressed with its cutting ability (defiantly not something you want to get your finger stuck under). It went through the meat and bone without any issue. I am now hooked. I would highly recommend this product to anybody who is looking for a knife with good weight, solid construction and last but certainly not least stylish looks. I look forward to many years of cutting with my new found tool and to purchasing the complete set. Thanks Guy and Food Network for offering such a great product.

The cleaver was bought as a gift for husband to go with his Dragon knife and the big Chef's knife from Guy Fieri that he has(and just LOVES). I was so glad to find the cleaver for sale by itself instead of in a package. He was telling me recently how much he could use a cleaver and if it's anything like the chef's knife he has, he will be very happy with it. He hasn't used it yet..but he will! LOL. I was so excited to have found it for him! THank you for carrying such a good product!

I bought this meat cleaver as a gift for my husband to complete his set of Guy Fieri knives. It is sturdy and cuts through meat effortlessly. I was amazed the first time I used it. Especially since I typically have a hard time chopping up meat. My husband loves this product and is amazed by it... I think he loves it more than me ;-) Great product and I highly recommend it to anyone!
