Peeling has never been easier. With this stainless steel 6.7-in. swivel peeler, fruit and vegetables with thin or semi-thin skin can be quickly and easily peeled with the firmly-anchored swivel blade. Potato eyes and damaged parts of the vegetable can be easily rooted out with the point of the tool, which is sharpened on both sides. The peeler also cuts fine decorative strips perfect for garnishes, salads and Wok dishes. Use it on long, thin vegetables such as carrots, courgettes, radishes, cucumbers and turnips.

This peeler is wonderful. It is well made and strong, feels good in my hand.
Since I peel many lemons to make thin strips to candy lemon rind it does
a great job. Also use it to make chocolate curls. Made candied carrot
strips and it like having a hand held mandolin. highly recommend

The peeler was given to a little boy who tries to help us in the church kitchen. I took a potato to church the day the peeler arrived and held his small hands to help him get the feel of gliding the peeler over the potato and he did just great!! The peeler performed beautifully! Swivel peeler makes peeling vegetables much quicker. Stainless steel is easy to wash and keep from rusting, like the old fashion peelers. I love it, and am happy to own this new swivel peeler.

I gave up on peelers years ago because the many peelers that I tried just didn't work well, required more muscle than they should have or were dull out of the box. On a whim, I decided to try this one and I can't say enough great things about it. Peeling a potato literally feels like peeling butter. It's that smooth and effortless. Very little of the vegetable goes to waste because the peeled portions are so thin. It's true that you get what you pay for and this peeler is pricey but is well worth every penny and it's sturdy enough that it should last for many, many years. I love it when I order a product and it turns out to be everything the manufacturer claims that it is. I'm very happy with this purchase.

I own a Rosle can opener which is an excellent tool, so I fully expected excellence in the peeler as well, and I'm not disappointed. This tool has a blade that is so sharp that I elected to wash both the peeler and the protective blade guard it comes packed with. I keep it stored with the removable blade guard in place. It is nothing more than bent clear plastic with two tongues which fit into matching slots to hold it in place on the peeler blade assembly. When stored, the guard protects the blade from damage from other objects in the drawer, and protects my fingers when I reach for the tool without proper caution. Make no mistake, this tool is SHARP, and that's why it works so well. It is a gem of a peeler. No more struggling with large odd shaped vegetables to peel; this tool makes short work of them all.
