I have been using Ball Fiesta Salsa Mix to make salsa with heirloom tomatoes for the past three years. It is a continual favorite for both family and friends. Hint: If you like it medium to medium hot, add 6-9 jalapeno peppers, chopped (unseeded) for each 6 pounds of tomatoes. If you'd like it a bit hotter, add one more habanero pepper, chopped and unseeded. (Cut the stems off at the top of all peppers).

Like the product real well. However the shipping price is about as much as the product. Will try to find it locally and not pay the shipping price.
