How fun to have our 3rd Aebelskiver Pan! Good for coil type stove top. Don't think it would be good on a smooth top. How delightful to FINALLY have one at our winter home. Now we can make something "different" for our new friends here. Great transaction as the price was very fair and it was shipped in a timely manner!

Oil and butter in this pan spit and sputter grease everywhere; pan is too hot to handle without oven mitts. I would not recommend. I will replace it with anither I have used.

I wanted this to make one our South Indian snack which is called Appam .I didn't expect it turn out so good when the pan is new.But to my pleasant surprise it did turn out very well.The pan is little on the smaller side though.But happy with the purchase.

I purchased this item for my neice, my mom had one and gave each of her children one. Our recipe has been handed down for 5 generations and my neice is into geneology so her mom and I decided it would be the perfect gift for her! Our family has enjoyed these treats for many years and I hope for many years to come. The quality if excellent and the price was very reasonable.
