I always tried to cut around the seed with a knife and usually ended up wasting so much of the mango by mutilating it. This tool just cuts thru the mango and around the seed. No more waste.

For years I have been cutting them with a parring knife cutting around the fruit diagonally, most of the time I would get mush. This Mango Splitter is just the perfect kitchen tool for the job.
