Why did I wait so long?

My wife makes some killer Eggs Benedict.  We suffered along for twenty years with a 3 egg pan.  Now we can all eat at once.  The pan performed as advertised and is easy to clean up.  I was happy to see that it comes with an excellent pan that can be used for other purposes and not a cheapy aluminum pan.

Egg Poacher

by Joseph, FL
December 7, 2008

Love the pan HATE the poaching cups. The non-stick is a lie! I followed the pan instructions and no luck. I tried both Pam and letting olive oil sit in the cups over night the eggs continued to stick. Of the 10 or 12 eggs I made only 2 came out without ripping.
Save your money and mind, stay away from this pan.

Not as advertised

by A, TX

Actually, I don't know whether this product is any good for some purposes. However, it will not work on my induction cooktop, even though it is advertised as being stainless steel. Obviously, it is not--cooking surface does not attract magnet. So--don't buy if you actually want stainless steel.

My husband was very excited when I gave him the commercial grade egg poacher. It works great except you have to spray the cups with some type of oil so the eggs won't stick.

ok egg poacher

The egg poacher is an ok product. The egg cups are tiny and the handle for the pot has a really sharp edge. I will only pick it up very carefully.

A few years too late!

by Carolyn, MA

I found the perfect egg poacher a few years too late! My children are all gone and I am cooking for two now. I really could have used the six cups when the 4 kids were home. BUT, I am glad I finally found a poacher with easy to handle metal cups. Now I can make eggs benedict when we have company!! And, the top quality of the stainless makes for even cooking, and easy clean up. The see through top is a great help, too!

highly recommended!

I bought this as a gift and the person who I bought it for loves it! Says it was one of the most useful gifts ever- the eggs come out easily with a small rubber stirrer and have great shape. I definitely recommend using the lid though or else the bottom gets over cooked while the top is under cooked- this is the only reason I gave 4/5 stars.

Great Product!!

I bought this egg poacher for my mother in law for Christmas, she makes the best eggs benedict. She absolutely loves it. It is so much better than her 4 cup that she has been using for the last 35 years. It is very well made, the cups are the perfect size and so easy to clean. We are all very happy!
