needed Big Muffin pans for daily breakfast muffins [epicurious 'pumpkin muffins' among others] Husband can take one with him as he goes out the door. The Muffins released PERFECTLY. Didnot need or use cupcake papers (I'd forgotten to buy them, now I know they're not necessary with these pans.) Will be trying the pans on epicurious' peanut butter chocolate cake this weekend~~~muffins are easier for kids to handle during birthday parties in the park. Hey! our kids choose homemade over the local gourmet cupcake place (at $25 a dozen.) we save $$$ + use healthier recipes!
