The Schmidt Brothers 6-in. Bonded Teak Chef's Knife is a versatile tool sure to see regular use in your home kitchen. The knife features fully forged construction that ensures its exceptional strength, and the German steel material allows the blade to retain its edge, even with regular use. Steel used in the blade will not corrode or rust over time, ensuring your knife will be just as good years from the day you purchase it. The South Asian teak handle provides a soft and comfortable grip, and a patented Schmidt Brothers Curve built into the blade makes it easy to cut quickly without exposing your fingers to the blade. The heavy heel and curved design enhance balance for added safety.
