Thanksgiving Turkey

This year I decided to forego the tradition of carving the Thanksgiving turkey at the table in order to braise a cutup turkey in a covered roster. This boning knife made trimming and cutting an 18 pound turkey a breeze. This was perhaps the tastiest bird ever! I am so "thankful" I made the decision to purchase the boning knife.

MY HUSBAND HAS BEEN EMPLOYED AS A MEAT CUTTER. YEARS AGO THE STUDENTS WERE TOLD WHAT FEW KNIVES YOU NEED TO BE A BETTER MEAT CUTTER. BONING KNIFE WAS FIRST ON THE LIST. HIS FAVORITE HAD BEEN LOST IN OUR MOVE FROM WASHINGTON STATE. WE WERE UNABLE TO FIND ONE LOCALLY HE FELT WOULD DO. WHEN WE FOUND THIS KNIFE WE KNEW IT WOULD BE A PERFECT VALENTINE'S PRESENT. HE GETS THE JOY OF USING THE KNIFE, I GET THE GREAT FOOD IT HELPS PREPARE. THANK YOU ALSO FOR THE EASE OF SENDING THE ORDER. WE WILL BE BACK AS WELL AS SEVERAL FRIENDS
