YES!

I had an identical cookie press for 20 years and loved it. When it finally broke I bought a Pampered Chef cookie press, but it would only work with their cookie recipes. Then I went shopping on Foodnetwork and found my old cookie press that I loved. I immediately purchased it and when it arrived, I was able to make my cookies again just like the old one. It had the same metal cookie shapes and the click when you pull the trigger. There is a trick to using a cookie press and sometimes the dough will stick, but at least it's not every time you pull the trigger like my Pampered Chef one. But I love this cookie press and would recommend it. Great value.

good value for price

Nice quality and all the attachments are great. Only had trouble with getting machine to release each cookie because I don't know at what temperature dough releases from machine the best. First it was too cold, then dough seemed to be too soft or warm. How can you tell the right consistancy and temp. of dough? I had to double click at times to get dough to release. Wish the cylinder held more dough because you are always refilling it. Wish there were more than a couple of spritz recipes included with machine. Would recommend for quality to other customers. After I use it more, I may find it better to use without dough sticking to disk and not the cookie tray.

This was really easy for my 7 year old to use. I bought it for her to help make cookies. When we don't have time for cookie cutters and I dont want the mess, this is perfect. It allows her to make shapes and do it all quickly. We also used it to ice cupcakes and they turned out pretty good. It was easy to use and easy cleanup.

I don't know how I EVER did without this cookie press!!!It's as foolproof as you can get; a novice can master it a few hours. I had it down pat in 30 minutes. (It took me that long to try each disc. lol) Cleanup is a breeze. I plan to purchase 2 more for gifts. Well worth the cost!

I had not previously owned a cookie press, so have no basis for comparison. Nonetheless, I used in the day after it arrived and had fun with it. It is easy to use, directions are clear and concise, and it is easy to clean. I have not used the decorator tips yet, but that procedure appears more cumbersome. My only complaint was the packaging. I really like to keep my tools in the box they come in. This arrived in a plastic bag which was not really reusable as storage. Other than that small piece, I am very happy with my purchase.

Cookie Press

This is the best and easiest cookie press I have ever used. (I had an electric version that I got rid of a few years ago.) This press is made in Switzerland....those Swiss know how to make cookies!! It comes with a lot of different cookie presses, including Halloween, which is great. It's a great buy!!

I've used other cookie presses and the dough has often stuck and not formed into nice cookies. Not so with this one.

I was excited when I ordered this and had planned on baking Xmas cookies with it... but, I was a little disappointed because half of them didn't come out very well.

It was easy to clean and easy to work however, decent value for price.

This is the only cookie press I have ever used and it was so easy. I have made spritz blossoms and cheese straws. I bought this based on the great reviews of others.

Cookie Review

I read all the reviews before I bought this cookie press most of the reviews were positive. I was disapointed with this cookie press after using it as it didn't seem to preform that well. The dough stuck and it made small cookies. I am an excellent baker and my last cookie press was an italian cookie press that worked great it was more mechanical. I was able to adjust the amount of dough released. I will continue to look for a cookie press that will work and make great biscuits.

Fast and fun cookie-making tool

This is the first cookie press I've ever used and I was delighted with the experience. It is very easy to load, use and clean. Once I got the hang of using it my 3 year old god daughter and I made nearly 150 cookies of all different shapes in no time (I did the cookie pressing and she was in charge of sprinkles). The press came with two spritz cookie recipes. They made delicious cookies.

I haven't had a chance to try the cake decorating tips but I'm guessing they will work quite nicely.

NIce but I'll stick with my old Mirro press..

First let me say that I'm a seasoned baker. I also use many other Kuhn Rikon products and am quite pleased with their quality and durability. This cookie press is well made and seems quite sturdy but here are two things I don't like about it. 1)--- the ratchet squeeze trigger is not consistent. I did follow directions EXACTLY but the first 10-12 cookies were very small, followed by 6-8 really large cookies and then the rest of the cookies came out a normal size. This happened EVERY time and was quite frustrating as I made about 30 dozen cookies using this press over a two week period. 2)---The tube itself is too small! I had to stop and add more dough to the tube so I could finish filling the sheet with cookies. ----Although this cookie press does an okay job, I would not recommend it because I lost time either refilling it or redoing cookies that didn't come out right. For the amount of time I spent using it I could just as easily used one of my older Mirro presses with more consistent results and not have to refill with dough before the cookie sheet was filled up.

6 in. cookie press

I can't say enough good things about this product. I have been using the traditional cookie press from the 50's which worked good but this item is wonderful and fast. It made making my spritz cookies so fast. The fact that I can use it for icing is just an added plus. No fumbling around with the icing bag(which is many years old and is starting to leak) Also delivery was fast, just in time for my Christmas baking. Wonderful product and easy to clean.

Super easy to use, I am able to make perfectly sized and shaped cookies with just a pull of a trigger. My cookies have never looked so professionally-made! Decorating is also fun and easy with this handy tool. I love it!

Easy to use, super convenient. It works much better than the old cookie press that this replaced. I'll probably make cookies more often now.
