A perfect all a round kitchen knife

I knew this was a good name in knives, but I did not have one. I will put it high on my list for my next purchase.

A Little Light-weight

I have a similar knife by the same manufacturer (I think 4") that has a much better heft than this knife. It is sharp and fits nicely in the hand, but could be a little sturdier. I don't have any other specific complaint other than it just doesn't feel as nice as my other one.

Great Knife

I already had a Wusthof 8" knife & loved it. I know how expensive these knives are so when I saw this on sale, I just had to get. The one I had was a little big for everyday use but the 6" size is perfect for so many kitchen jobs. It is really comfortable to use as it fits my hand very well. I would recommend this knife highly.

Chef's Knife

This 6" chef's knife is perfect for me as it is made for small hands. Wusthof knives are extremely well made, hold their edge and last for years. I have several other well known brand of knives, but my very favorites are Wusthof.

I have always been afraid of knives shaped in this angle, but notw that I am taking my time using this knife. Learning how to use this knife. I love it! This knife has become my favorite knife in the house.

Wusthof Knife

I wondered why the price of this item seemed so low. This knife is well below the finish and quality of other Wusthof knives I own. I will be more careful in the future about buyin items online. Nothing can replace to opportunity to handle an item before committing to purchase!!

Good Value, A Bit Too Bulky

This was my first official chef's knive, I've only had one other which was a cheapie I bought at Bed, Bath and Beyond. It takes awhile to get used to the feel of the knife, it's a bit larger than what I am used to, and after a few uses, I still don't feel entirely comfortable with it just yet.

This is a great knife. Not too big and not too small. I have other Wusthof knives and really like them. I would recommend this one if you are looking for a good chef's knife.

this is my personal knife for home, use it for almost everything. so far, great choice, will see if it stands the test of time! great size, very sharp.

Just the Right Size

This six inch chef's knife is just the right size for the type of cooking that I do which is for 1-2 people. It may be used as a traditional chef's knife but also as a paring knife. I believe this is an excellent value for any cook but especially for the family cook.

A terrific buy on a great knife

I ordered this knife to fill in a gap (I am starting to replace all my old knives with Wusthof's) and was astounded by the quality and utility of this particular one. I don't cook anything anymore that I don't eventually look down and see it in my hand for some use or other. At the price, it can't be beat. Highly recommended!

Good all-purpose knife

I have a good number of specialty knives, but I do find myself going back to this one most often. It's a great size, and has a good weight for chopping and slicing.

All Around Knife in the Kitchen

The Wustof Chef's Knife is the best all-around knife in the kitchen that I know of to use. For years I put up with using my paring knife, but now that I have a decent tool I can tell what I was missing in the correct blade for the job.
