This knife is a must for anyone who has a kitchen. Makes clean neat slices on tomatoes and loaf breads. Cuts through cheeses like slicing through butter.

LOVE THIS KNIFE

This replaced an old, extremely long bread knife. We love rolls and this knife is wonderful--great size, super sharp.

Great Knife

Although a bit small, this blade has proved to be an extremly useful knife in my kitchen. Nice feel and balance,razor sharp and great for slicing bread too.

I have been in kitchen retail sales in the past and personally own the Wustof brand of knives...they are the best quality, in my opinion, you can own or purchase. Your prices are unbeatable and the service was great and easy ordering a definite plus...wonderful online experience.

Serrated deli/salami knife

I am very pleased with the knife.
It works great on slicing little bagets of bread and also cheese -- also great for tomatoes. I like the size also.

Excellent knife!!

I love this knife. Cuts hot homemade bread wonderfully. Haven't had a chance to use it for anything else yet, but it will definitely see a lot of uses over time. Am very pleased with the size and the way it feels in my hand. Would definitely recommend this knife to others.

Sharp blade. but no substance.

I own several pieces of Wusthof cutlery. All prior pieces had a substantial bolster and provided good hand feedback. This one feels flimsy.

The knife is a little lighter in weight, and the serrations a little further apart, than on the knife it replaced. But overall this is a great knife for the price, and I would buy it again if I needed it.

My husband and I use the Super Slicer (10" version of this) very frequently, and I believed that a smaller knife would be of more value on a daily basis. I was right: we love this knife! Gets used nearly daily, and never for salami: small loaves of bread and cuts of meat.
