I have only used this product once to cool a cocktail. It did cool the beverage to a acceptable temperature without diluting it. It did take a little while to cool down to the maximum. The box contained only 4 Glacier Rocks, not 6 as advertised, but Cooking.com says they are correcting this error, and compensated me for the error.
