I ordered these to complete a set of knives I have from the same manufacturer. I have the classic set from Williams Sonoma, but this gourmet set works just fine.

Really good knives. Cut very well with minimal pressure. Nice handle.

I am sure these knives will serve me well over the years. I usually prefer the Classic line instead of the Gourmet line, but steak knives do not get as much use as paring knives, chef's knives, etc. Overall very happy with this purchase.
