i was pleasantly surprised by it.i love that it was bigger than i anticipated because i usually cook large meals.my sister in-law recommended it, she has a smaller size.And 4 the price its totally worth it.

I have used pressure cookers for many years but this is the easiest and safest one I have ever used. I have used it four times this week and everything has been perfect, even a cheese cake. It was perfect!.I love it and would recommend it to everyone.

Out of 5 cookers, this is the best. It is so quiet. Full meals can be cooked in less than 40 minutes and when it's hot out, this saves on the heat in the kitchen. It is so easy to use.

I've used the pressure cooker once. It was simple to operate and performed good. The only problem I had was I was cooking a pot of pinto beans and wanted to put my ham bone in with the beans and there was not enough room. Beside that, everything else work great.

Great product, though I wished the user manual was a little more descriptive. I figured it out and 6lbs. of chicken came out like butter, it was beautiful!

We are taking care of my 89 year old mother and having appliances that turn off is a great advantage.
I have owned a pressure cooker for years and stopped using it because of the constant monitoring involved. This Cuisinart model is simple to set and gives excellent results while I'm not even in the room.
Love the freedom and love the pressure cooker.

in life and this little machine will take some of that away. I make from scratch stock all the time and this machine saves me hours. I just bought it and I am looking forward to experiment. I have never owned a pressure cooker before now.

When this pressure cooker arrived it had the little condensation catcher missing. I called Cuisanart and they promply sent a replacement. The unit has several options including a keep warm setting. When I set the time I wanted to cook it went straight to the warming cycle. I never reached the 15 LBS pressure I needed. All I could do was heat slightly and warm. I ruined two dinners with this. Cooking.com offered to replace it, but I was afraid I would get another lemon. If you can get one that works, I think it would be an execellant product.

Amazing. I am cautious about jumping into new things but this is one that I am extremely thrilled with.
4 lbs. of pork roast, 1/2 bottle of bbq sauce, and 1 cup of water. No trimming, no browning, no fiddling. I throw it in the unit and cook for 1 hr, let it vent by itself for 1 hr and I have the most tender shredded bbq pork I have ever had. Restaurant quality all the way. And easy!
Same thing with beef, just different ingredients and cook time.
You will not regret this purchase!
