I purchased the Pasta Pot mainly for pasta, but I'm sure I will use it for other things like soaking dry beans or draining vegetables. Dragging out the strainer every time I make pasta is tedious. When straining the pasta, it seems like some always ends up in the sink, not now!

The size fits very well between my 3 quart and 10 quart All Clad pots. Quality construction you come to expect, solid; but, not too heavy...thicker where it needs to be, not overdone.
