Being a Home canner and jelly/jam maker for decades now, I have used a LOT of labels, both permanent and "removable" that don't live up up their names. There are the only ones that stay on and then rinse off when wet instead off coming our of the dishwasher with the ink gone and the label even more securely affixed!

I find that the labels do not release correctly and parts of the labels stick and tear, which make me write another lable. I have already used 1 box of labels for only 44 jars and am upsset with the quality.

Nice Lables, you can use an ink pen to write on them, as others you can only use a sharpie.

Ipurchased this product as a gift for a neighbor who makes jams to give away to friends. She was delighted to receive them and was especially pleased that the labels are dissovable.

These labels won't stick to jars. All the glue stays on the paper when peeled off. I totally wasted my money on these and would like a refund.

The label adhesive stayed on the backing strip when I removed the label to place it on the jar. I have requested a replacement order, suspecting that perhaps summer heat in shipping, had an effect on the adhesives. The company was easy to work with in getting replacing product which I have not received yet. I suspect it will work out well.

The first dozen labels on the roll did not stick well. All the stickiness seems to be on the backing paper. I ended up glueing those on. After that the next labels seemed to adhere well.

They really do instantly dissolve in water, so remember that when you want to wipe the jar clean with a wet rag...the label will begin to dissolve with just one swipe...poof! I would have liked them to be a bit bigger as it was kind of difficult fitting "Apricot/Pineapple Jam 9/2012" in that small space. Still a good buy.
