Bring home the taste of your favorite coffee shop beverage with Fontana 63-oz. White Chocolate Sauce. Create your own flavored coffee, frappes or lattes by adding a hint of white chocolate--ideal for mid-afternoon treats or after-dinner beverages. Fontana white chocolate sauce also has other uses in the kitchen. Add a hint of Fontana white chocolate sauce to the homemade whipped cream you'll use to top a scrumptious cake or smooth-as-silk mousse, drizzle it directly on a bowl of rich gelato or use it as a base flavor for milkshakes. This sauce has a rich, strong flavor, so a little goes a long way. The large 63-ounce Fontana white chocolate sauce bottle will last you through many desserts and beverages, while its built-in pump minimizes messes from drips and spills.
Best Used For:
Use Fontana white chocolate sauce to make delectable hot or cold coffee drinks, frappes, shakes, lattes or any other beverage that could use a jolt of rich flavor. Or, try adding this to your cheesecake batter or using it as a drizzle over a variety of desserts. Fontana white chocolate sauce also makes a great ice cream topping.
I am 100% serious about the statement in my title. I know for a fact that this is the SAME EXACT white chocolote sauce that Startbucks uses throughout their stores to make the world famous White Chocolate Mochas. Two pumps for 12 oz Tall cup, 3 pumps for 16 oz Grande cups, and 4 pumps for the 20 oz Venti cups. If you follow the simple portions:
- Number of pumps per cup - Use Starbuck's $10 One Pound bag of ground dark Espresso roast - Use the right amount of espresso roast (One shot, two shots...etc) - Use your espresso machine to froth 2% milk and make espresso
You cannot possibly fail, I can make white mochas at the house while blind folded, and I can actually make them better than Starbuck's own trained employees every time. Just use this sauce with Starbuck's own espresso roast (its really cheap compared to other espresso roasts).
Yes you will spend $30 for the sauce but it will easily last you for a good 30-40 cups, and the espresso roast is cheap at Starbucks, I did the math and each Grande white mocha is costing me about 75 cents to make, you cannot beat that.
My only complaint, is that I wish they sold it without the pump, and maybe deduct $5 because this is a really good expensive pump, and I dont need to buy one everytime I order the sauce. Also, the shipping costs should be cut in half in my opinion.
Other than that, if you use 2% milk, with Starbuck's own espresso roast, and this Fontana white chocolate sauce, you will get the SAME EXACT taste you get for $4-$5 coffee at Starbucks for less than 1/5th the cost.
Although people complain that it is a bit pricey, I believe it is indeed worth it once you do all of the math on how much you are saving instead of buying a cup a day at Starbucks. And once you taste it.... Wow!
This is the EXACT taste that I was looking for and I've tried many other brands including Torani. It's just like going to Starbucks, but a lot cheaper. This product IS the actual product that they use.
Here's the recipe for the PERFECT cup: (Venti sized) 2 cups steamed 2% milk 4 pumps of Fontana White Mocha Sauce (this product) 2 shots of Starbuck's expresso bold coffee (use real shot glasses to measure) whipped cream topping
I bought a tumbler mug from Starbucks which is exactly like the venti size. It looks identical. Works perfectly for mixing. I pump first, then I add the 2 shots, Mix them together with a spoon and then I add the steamed milk, finally adding the whipped cream topping. Perfect.
This white chocolate sauce is an excellent mix in for coffees, ice cream, brownies, cakes... pretty much anything you can think of. Because of the ingredients (e.g., sweetened and condensed milk), the sauce has a rich, creamy, white chocolate flavor that you won't find in
This syrup is excellent quality and tastes just like Starbucks' white chocolate syrup. It came reasonably fast and my only complaint is that it's quite overpriced. I bought as a gift so it's ok but I'd never pay this much on a regular basis.
We love the White Chocolate Mocha drinks that Starbucks sells, and this sauce has allowed us to make what tastes like an identical drink here at home. We use espresso and make them both hot and iced, and they are delicious. The sauce is not inexpensive, but we do a subscription so it is delivered every other month, and that eliminates the shipping fees, so it seems very reasonable.
The white mocha is the very same as I used to use when I worked at Starbucks. I am able to make my Starbucks Doubleshot exactly as the store does, if not better since I'm doing it myself! Only thing to put me off a little is the price, I believe Starbucks actually offers the white mocha on their site for only $21.95 but they never have it in stock! A little over $30 put the door with tax and shipping is a little steep. But I want my drink!
I would buy this again. It makes a great peppermint / white chocolate mocha latte...very similar to Starbucks! The only problem I saw was that the label was completely missing from the product...I would have like to have seen the nutritional vales, especially the calorie content. Also, I wished that it came in smaller sizes. On the whole, I would buy this product again.
Great product but it is expensive. Cooking.com always wraps it in bubble wrap and makes sure it comes safely. Great taste! Makes a mean white chocolate mocha!!! Add four pumps of this and two shots of espresso and some milk? You'll never have to go to Starbucks again.
If you like White Chocolate Mochas, this is the product for you! It's not quite as expensive as going to the coffee house and buying one, but close. Smooth and creamy, it tastes wonderful! Two pumps per shot of espresso and you're good to go! Yum!
This is the only syrup that I can find for making white mocha lattes at home. The taste just like they are from Starbucks! The shipping is a little expensive. Overall I think that this is a great product.
Me and my wife heard from our buddies that this product was really good (friends claimed it to be "just like Starbucks WCM"). It tastes very good, but its no SB! Could be the expresso I use. The pump is very handy, but be sure to keep something below the spout because it tends to push out extra sauce a little after each pump. The price is a bit steep, but you can taste the quality over some cheap brands. Like I stated earlier, its no Star Bucks but does have a unique quality white mocha flavor. I would recommend this product to others.
including shipping, the product was less on Starbucks.com. this product is the exact same white choclate syrup that Starbucks uses. product arrived quickly in good condition and as advertised. Product packaging was good.
I add a few pumps of this wonderful white chocolate sauce to some espresso and add whip cream WOW what a less expensive alternative to some of the expensive coffee shops. don't forget the ice! It's kinda funny first it was just me and now i make them for almost everyone in the morning at our store. thank you cooking.com
I love to have this in the house for when I'm craving a white mocha but can't get out to Starbucks, and to save from spending $5 a drink on coffee. I was pleasantly surprised by the long shelf life as I purchased in January and it doesn't expire until September. Needless to say, it hasn't even been a month and the bottle is almost empty!
