I purchased a Zojirushi carafe many years ago and have used it daily ever since. Needless to say, it is getting worn out, but still works fine. I have had other brands, but they never seem to keep my coffee or tea hot. So I stuck with the one I know works. It's amazing that the coffee or tea is as hot at the end of the day as it was when I put it in the pot. I would recommend this carafe to anyone (and have).

Finally a carafe that really works. This is the third one I've tried. They all say they keep the coffee hot up to 12 hours, but this is the only one that really does. The coffee is not only hot, but it is steaming hot. It is worth every penny!!!!

Finally, a thermal carafe that really does what it says! I've tried 5 different units throughout the years and have been disappointed by luke-warm coffee after a couple hours. This carafe really does the job. I may need to order another for my motor home!

THE PRODUCT APPEARS TO BE JUST GREAT HOWEVER YOU DID NOT PAY FOR SHIPPING AS YOU PROMISED TO AT CHECKOUT AND THAT HAS UPSET ME.. IF SHIPPING HAD NOT BEEN INCLUDED THEN I MIGHT VERY WELL HAVE NOT ORDERED THE PRODUCT. YOU DECIEVED ME AND I AM NOT PLEASED. KEVIN

Good keeping ice water cold for long periods of time. Not as handy as a vacuum pot.

My Zoji carafe keeps the coffee HOT. When I pre-heat it with hot water for 10 minutes prior to filling, the brew stays piping hot for up to 12 hours... That's more than double the time for the brand I had use before the Zoji. One more thing... this one cleans up easily.

We have tried other carafes and they did not keep the coffee hot, so we are very pleased with this one.

I have been searching for years for a replacement of a thermal carafe to keep coffee hot. This is not it. It only keeps the coffee warm for a few hours.

This product was purchased as a gift. On the other hand I already own one of these carafes and am happy with it. The only problem I've had is the push button on the lid sticks. Do you have any advise as to what I can do. Can you replace the lid on the one that I have. Thank you for your consideration.
