By using downward pressure and a "rocking" motion it crushes garlic cloves quickly and evenly, forcing the pieces up through the mesh of holes. Once crushed, the garlic pieces are held in the shallow bowl, allowing them to be spooned or scraped easily into a pan. Additional cloves can also be crushed at this stage before emptying. When finished, the unit can be rinsed under running water and used to gently rub the hands and fingers to reduce any garlic odor.

I have tried just about every garlic chopper that has been made. I must say that the Garlic Rocker is the best. It is so easy to use and the garlic is uniformly minced. I just love it!!

I wanted to try this so I purchased it. Very cumbersome. I dont mind the chunks, but had to constantly reposition the clove to get it chopped! Save your $

If you have pain or weakness in your hands then *this* is the garlic crusher for you. I have had a simple metal garlic crusher for many years. My arthritis finally made it impossible for me to use it. This is very easy to use and easy to clean up. A great investment and terrific product.

We use this for small dried fruit and of course for garlic.
Great if your knife &/ finger skills are lacking.
